Who participates at these meetings?

These meetings are excellent opportunities to meet others in a similar research area, to discuss projects and to find out what is happening in bone & joint research in the Hamilton-Kitchener-Burlington area. This may also be an excellent opportunity for students to present results to fellow colleagues and to practice oral presentation skills.

Particularly unique to this experience is the opportunity to interact with and to receive feedback from well-renowned experts including Drs. Jonathan D. Adachi, Alexandra Papaioannou and Colin Webber.

The audience at the Academic Meetings is usually a multidisciplinary team that includes rheumatologists, endocrinologists, geriatricians, radiologists, kinesiologists, engineers and physiotherapists. The content of the presentations varies, although there is usually a specific focus on topics including bones, joints and rheumatological diseases.

When is the next meeting?
